I am a certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist and trained as a registered behavior therapist utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis theories. I utilize an inclusive, eclectic approach in treatment techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I treat various mental health conditions, including anxiety, eating, mood, and personality disorders. Trauma and stressor-related disorders, psychotic disorders, and neuro-developmental disorders. I also treat behavior and emotional disorders of children and teens with autism, ADHD, and mental health disorders. I provide support and psycho-education to the family, as well. Finally, treat couples with a range of issues. LGBTQ+ ally- ALL ARE WELCOME! I received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL in 2019, and continued my education at Bradley University in Peoria, IL, where I received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022.
