Introduction

Are you looking for a young, energetic, and warm psychiatrist? Someone who offers both medication and therapy? Offers treatment virtually and in-person? If so, look no further. My name is Dr. Cardieri and it is a pleasure to meet you. I am a psychiatrist and therapist who understands the importance of our relationship in your healing; it is incredibly important to find a "good fit" in your treatment partner. Patients and colleagues alike describe me as warm, empathetic, trustworthy, safe, endlessly curious, and (at times) even fun. My practice is intentionally small and personalized so I can spend the time to be present with you. I will always meet you where you are, and move at your pace throughout treatment. If this sounds like a good fit for your personality and needs, I’m excited to meet you. As a psychiatrist and therapist, I always have two tools in my toolbox: medication and therapy. This means that you can address all of your mental health needs in one place, with one expert. We will work together to decide if either, or both, would be helpful for you. This intentional integration of high quality psychotherapy with medication management in every visit, regardless of whether you are also in therapy with us or elsewhere, sets Insight apart from other mental heath practices. Most of my patients see symptom improvement within the first month of our work together, and my goal is for us to have a lasting relationship to sustain your mental health and wellness. Choosing a treatment partner is a big decision. It’s a big step to seek help; reading this means you are taking that step, and you should be proud of that. Whether we work together, or not, I wish you all the best on your healing journey.
