Introduction

Welcome to Grow and Thrive Therapy! My name is Bridget Mozina, MA, LMFT, and I am happy you have arrived here to seek support for your mental health needs. I am a child, teen, and family therapist who specializes in areas such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, ADHD, and emotion regulation skills. I am passionate about providing a warm, caring, safe environment and I offer a collaborative approach in order to ensure we are a team in working toward progress and change. I have been practicing in the field for over 10 years in a variety of settings (in-home, day treatment, school settings, and outpatient), and these experiences have given me the necessary training in order to best help my clients. I currently live in St. Louis Park and enjoy hanging out with my cat Mia, spending time with family and friends, and finding fun adventures and activities throughout the Twin Cities. I look forward to getting to know you if this is your first time here, or continuing our work going forward.
