Introduction

My mission is to focus on improving the mind, body, and soul. To improve these areas, I will make sure to provide a safe environment for my clients. I will build rapport with them and encourage them to foster these improvements. I will also assist my clients with gaining coping skills and better awareness into why these improvements are necessary. We will work together on making those improvements while navigating through different thoughts and emotions that may come up in the sessions. I am compassionate, empathetic, and thorough. Organization is the key to my success. I have overcome adversity many times and want to help others do the same. I believe in starting small and working towards larger goals. My mantra is "Come as you are".
