I provide a safe, supportive space to work through worries and learn to harness your strengths to overcome challenges and move forward. I want you to be emboldened to become the best version of yourself. As your therapist, my job is to help you to identify and access that internal strength and power to help accomplish your goals. In my work with adults, adolescents, and families, I utilize strategies that work for my clients individually, so that you can feel free and safe to explore and express yourself in a way that works best for you.
