Hi there! I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of St. Thomas. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who present a variety of mental health concerns including; depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma, ADHD, and grief and loss. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and encouraging environment while assisting clients in discovering that they have power within themselves to navigate the difficulties present in their life. I utilize a client-centered approach while helping clients distinguish who they are and who they want to be, while assessing what steps need to be taken to get there. I take holistic measures by integrating the mind, body, and soul to promote healing, which I believe is key to living a long-term balanced and fulfilled life. Although I am constantly learning and evolving my therapeutic practice, the modalities I utilize most are cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, attachment theory, and motivational interviewing. The first step toward help is just a conversation away. I look forward to meeting with you!
