Specializing in ages 6-18, I have worked the past 4 years directly in public schools providing services to students of all ages an their families. Rather it be anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, problems at school, trauma, grief or something else, supporting the child or teen and the child support system as a whole is second nature to the work I provide. From identifying copings skills, providing play therapy to working through trauma, practicing communications skills through video games or old fashion talk talk therapy, I specialize my approaches to the person and family that I am working with. In addition to the experience above I also have provided crisis intervention services across the lifespan, grief specific work for children, teens and families and have worked with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. I was born and raised in Colorado and love hiking, cooking and spending time with my young son, my husband and extended family.
