I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for supporting children, young people, and adults on their healing journeys. My expertise lies in trauma-focused treatment, helping individuals navigate the effects of trauma, life adjustments, PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rhode Island College, where I also obtained a certificate in Child & Adolescent Trauma. With a background in child behavioral health, I have extensive experience working collaboratively with children, youth, and families. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which guide my work in fostering resilience and healing. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where all individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered. The power to heal exists within you. Together, we will navigate each step of the healing journey at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
