Introduction

Hey there! Have you been struggling with your relationship to yourself and others? Do you feel like you have limiting beliefs that get in your way of making progress in your healing? Have you ever struggled with unforeseen panic attacks and anxiety and you simply don't understand why? I might be the therapist for you. I want to help you make sense of what doesn't seem to make sense. I believe that the more awareness we develop around of what we do not understand, the more peace we feel within. I am a Lifespan Integration therapist. Lifespan Integration is a gentle trauma-based modality that uses your life story and what has happened to you in order to help you heal. Lifespan Integration is currently my main modality, but I also have extensive knowledge of attachment theory, CBT, Internal Family Systems. I believe that clients each have their own story and therapy should not be a one-size-fits-all approach, so I look forward to working collaboratively together to figure out what will work best for you! An interesting fact about therapy is that studies have shown that 60-70% of therapeutic progress is based on the therapeutic relationship. I know from experience that searching for a therapist is extremely vulnerable and can be difficult to find a good match. I want you to know that I am very passionate about the work that I do, and I really value clients finding a therapist that jives with their personality so I'd be happy to chat in a free intro call.
