Therapy is a big step for everyone and I am happy to be considered in your therapy journey! I approach therapy with the mindset that the client is in charge of their therapy and the direction that it goes in. I believe the client-therapist alliance are essential in order to build trust and a collaborative environment. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients to work through their life stressors and traumas. I utilize therapy techniques such as psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and positive psychology. Together, we will work together to develop a treatment plan that will help reduce and manage symptoms.
