My goal for therapy is to provide a safe and welcoming environment so that we can work together to find the peace and joy in your life. I believe that you are the expert on your life and my role is to assist you in finding the happiest version. I have worked with persons and their families to address addictions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, establishing work life balance, boundary setting, and LGBTQ+ issues. My approach to therapy is warm and welcoming. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Person Centered Therapy. I work collectively with each client and/or couple to identify which interventions and approaches will work best for them. So often reaching out for help can feel like weakness, but on the outside looking in, it looks like courage. I applaud you in taking the first steps in your journey and look forward to the opportunity to work together.
