Going into or coming out of eating disorder treatment can be extremely scary, and is a really big transition for your teen and your family! If you find your teen scared, struggling, and fighting an eating disorder - I can help. Currently pursuing my PhD in Developmental Psychology, I recognize that mental health is complex, and I take a very client-forward integrative approach to help your teen and your family reach healthy goals and feel better! Hi, I’m Brianna. I am a mental health counselor specializing in trauma/PTSD and eating disorders. I especially love working with teen girls at high risk of ED/suicide/etc. As a practitioner, I strive to meet you where you're at and create a safe space to explore your hurdles! I pride myself on being a very compassionate, collaborative, and caring therapist! What makes this treatment different is that I begin treatment seeing a client twice weekly to increase stabilization and increase the likelihood of treatment success. I am a firm believer that therapy is what you need it to be, and offer a strengths-based/team approach for personal growth!
