Couples are my specialty, teaching couples how to communicate and effectively regulate emotions within their relationship is imperative. I am trained in multiple approaches and teach clients how to regulate emotions, learn effective communication to benefit relationships, and increase self worth. We work on deceasing depression and anxiety. I specialize in the use of evidenced-based treatment: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (for 10+ years), and Imago Relationship Therapy. These therapies are based on extensive amounts of research and encompass the foundations of validation, acceptance, and openness. I can help couples achieve a long-lasting foundation of intimacy and closeness.
