I help people learn to communicate effectively, set safe boundaries, heal old wounds, reduce anxiety and depression, eliminate destructive habits and increase connection with others. You’ll find I’m kind, down to earth, empathetic and a straight-shooter. My outcomes-based approach will challenge and inspire you. I am blessed to be in a profession that allows me to be part of the solution. When people feel better in their bodies and show up better in their relationships, there is a ripple effect in their workplaces and communities — we all benefit! I use a variety of modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Life Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also do grief, boundaries and attachment work. I love what I do and it is an honor and a privilege to be taken into confidence to help people achieve their truest desires.
