I take a multidisciplinary approach to therapy, such as incorporating evidence-based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. As a Christian I love to also offer support to other Christians who are seeking to incorporate their faith in therapy. There is no one size fits all for therapy so I approach each client as such. I have experience working with adults and youth experiencing: anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I have held previous therapeutic positions working with children in schools and working 1:1. I have facilitated groups with children and adults addressing: anxiety, emotional regulation, social skill building, processing big life transitions. As a Christian I love to offer support to other Christians who are seeking to incorporate their faith in therapy. I take a multidisciplinary approach to therapy, such as incorporating practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Life is full of transitions whether younger or older and they can be stressful to manage and understand. I find it a personal calling to sit with people in those harder, stuck moments. It would be a privilege to sit and collaborate with you on your therapeutic journey. When I am not doing therapy I enjoy going to the movies with my husband and going on walks with our dog Bubba. I am a lover of artistic expressions including a great cup of coffee and enjoy going to art exhibits and musical concerts.
