We, at Inner Strength Counseling, believe that individuals possess internal strength and can rise above and overcome the struggles they may currently be facing. We believe in a holistic approach and embrace individuals’ inner strength. We acknowledge the stigma associated with mental health and challenge it by being caring, compassionate, and understanding providers. Just as the Phoenix is a symbol of healing, resilience, and strength, we believe individuals possess these qualities as well. We are here to help you with sport performance, sports injuries, athletic identity, anxiety, depression, life difficulties, grief, stress, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, and women's issues. I am a provisionally licensed counselor and professional affiliated with Inner Strength Counseling, LLC. I graduated from Robert Morris University with a B.S. in Clinical and Sport Psychology in 2020 and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology in 2022. I was a member of the RMU Division I softball team for 4 years, and I understand the unique set of challenges, demands, and expectations of student-athletes as well as the stigma that can sometimes be attached to seeking mental health support. I am interested in helping you to optimize sport performance, increase overall well-being, and build inner strength. Openings for appointments are currently available and can be made from this page.
