Introduction

“Your life is a sacred journey. And it is about change, growth, discovery, movement, transformation, continuously expanding your vision of what is possible, stretching your soul, learning to see clearly and deeply, listening to your intuition, takes courageous challenges at every step along the way. You are on the path … exactly where you are meant to be right now … And from here, you can only go forward, shaping your life story into a magnificent tale of triumph, of healing, of courage, of beauty, of wisdom, of power, of dignity, and of love”. - Caroline Adams My clients tend to feel stuck… searching for a way out of their heads and into their lives. My work centers around the belief that we all possess the strengths necessary to navigate life’s struggles, chart a path toward inner peace, and discover the conditions necessary to provide fulfillment. I believe it is vital to provide an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, and authenticity for each person that I am fortunate to work with in my practice. Only through this empathic understanding can we connect and work together to uncover how to accomplish your goals and begin a new chapter. Whether you are longing for change, a new path forward, or to discover a new path toward inner peace and overall life satisfaction, I will be here to walk alongside you throughout the way. A little bit about me … I earned both my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and my bachelor’s degree in communication analysis and practice from The Ohio State University. I have nearly a decade of experience working with a wide variety of populations across multiple settings, including university, hospital, community and private practice settings. I identify as a Gender, Sexual/Affectional, and Relationship Structure Minority inclusive therapist, welcoming individuals and couples of all identities and relationship types. I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), client-centered, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches in my work with clients. I see adults (age 18+) for individual and couples therapy. Please see below the insurance options I accept. I accept private pay with out-of-network reimbursement available. You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate if you choose to engage in private pay services. I do not accept Medicaid.
