I provide a non-judgmental space and have been trained in many different therapeutic models. I work in an integrative and person-centered approach that utilizes a psychodynamic, existential, and feminist psychotherapy. I work with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. We will explore your concerns together, whether you are experiencing problems in a relationship, depression, anxiety, or obsessive thinking, past traumas, addictions, body issues, religious trauma, questions about identity, or if you are seeking deeper meaning and self-understanding.
