Introduction

Hello, I'm Bri, a licensed therapist and the owner of Learn to Breathe, LLC. I am deeply committed to supporting both teens and adults on their journey toward healing and well-being. With over eight years of experience, my approach is centered on understanding the delicate balance between mental health and/or substance use, guiding my clients towards a path of resilience and recovery. I firmly believe in treating the whole person, utilizing a holistic approach to create a treatment plan that not only addresses your immediate concerns, but also empowers you to discover and reinforce your inner strength. Our journey will involve uncovering the root causes of your struggles, developing robust coping mechanisms, healing from past trauma, and striving towards a more balanced and fulfilling existence. I have comprehensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), all of which are evidenced based practices for the treatment of substance addiction/dependency, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. As a Colorado native, I am committed to serving our community. In my personal time, I love walking my dogs, being in nature, practicing yoga, and indulging in my love for reading and writing. "Every breath is a second chance."
