Brent Bailey, APCC #15436 I work with adults navigating life transitions—shifts in identity, relationships, career, or recovery. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are in this new season of life. They're ready for change, but they don’t want to do it alone. My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Skills-Based Relapse Prevention Therapy to meet each client where they are and help them build practical tools for growth. At the core of my work is the belief that much of our emotional pain comes from not feeling seen. We move through life performing different roles—often losing sight of who we really are or who we want to become. In therapy, I create space for you to reconnect with your authentic self, with honesty, curiosity, and without judgment.
