Introduction
I grew up in Athens and the common thread that emerged for me across a wide range of professional and personal exploration in my teens and twenties was a desire to build relationships and help people. It's been a privilege to get to focus on doing that professionally for the past 12 years and to support people as they reclaim what they know to be possible for themselves and their lives. I invite you to come sit on the porch and breathe deeply as you are held by this private and peaceful natural space. Utilizing compassion and courage, we can face anything that comes up, work to understand it, and attend to it directly.
