Introduction

I found my passion and second career after spending five years committed to my own counseling and change. It is a gift, hard work, and a commitment we make to ourselves to stick with it and work towards change. I love helping older teenagers and young adults, as well as adults and older adults with anxiety, life adjustments, identity, grief, and trauma. I also bring lived experience as an adoptive parent of two Asian children, have been married for more than 2 decades to an Asian partner, and love to dig into racial identity, identity, and cultural issues.
