Introduction

Brenda Hawes is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. She has worked as a counselor, consultant, executive coach, program manager, program developer, trainer, facilitator and coordinated EAP and behavioral health programs in a variety of settings for 35 years. Over the years Brenda has assisted clients with a wide variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and conflict management, navigating change and transition in a rapidly changing workplace environment, assisting with interpersonal concerns, and supporting people to grow both personally and professionally. She values whole person health which encompasses physical, mental, emotional, relational, behavioral, and spiritual well-being.
