Breese Annable

Behavioral Health Therapist Living Balance Psychotherapy, PLLC
Specialties: Borderline Personality, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Introduction

I specialize in treating emotional sensitivity and reactivity (which often come with problems such as self-harm, substances, food and high conflict relationships), eating disorders, chronic dieting, anxiety, and OCD. I use evidence based approaches, including DBT, exposure/response prevention, and Health At Every Size/Intuitive Eating. I can teach you tangible skills to have more choice and control over your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Learning these skills can make the difference between your emotions dictating your life and you finally being in the drivers seat. My style is genuine and validating while also being direct and down to earth. I see myself as your partner in making changes that have long felt impossible finally happen!
