Hey There, I help high-achieving women stop the unrelenting cycle of negative self-talk, overthinking, and overworking so that they can enjoy every day & feel more like themselves. Ever feel like you have too many balls in the air? You successfully juggle it all, but the stress is getting to you and you're afraid you're going to lose it. I get it, and I'm here to help. Just like my clients, you too deserve to feel like yourself again. Being calm, in control, and living a joy-filled life is not out of your reach. If you want to quiet the busy mind, regain focus, and feel confident in your own skin, I’d love to help you get there. My experience in Mental health counseling, coaching, and Heartmath techniques allow me to address clinical or non-clinical issues based on need. Your unique needs will be discussed during a free consultation call. I am an advocate of social justice and am dedicated to the practice of growth in my allyship and advocacy work.
