I offer individual therapy services to adults (18+) who have a desire to take steps to improve their lives in meaningful, long-lasting ways. I take a Person-Centered approach with my clients, and I incorporate elements from Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Interpersonal & Social Rhythm Therapy to address the needs of my clients.
