I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families on a variety of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, transitioning into adulthood, parenting, divorce/separation, family/relationship issues, coping with the pandemic, navigating e-learning/school stress, and more. I have experience in family law, especially regarding reunification therapy and supervised/therapeutic visitation. Therapy is not just for crisis situations, but for helping to create more stability in life. I use a realistic and friendly approach, and enjoy incorporating humor and fun in my sessions. Therapy shouldn't have to feel like a chore, but rather an interactive and sometimes challenging experience.
