Introduction

Whatever you may be working through in life, my aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment for healing. Whether you are dealing with short-term concerns or delving into deeply rooted trauma, I work from an empowering, holistic approach based on your/your child’s unique set of needs. I have experience with children as young as ages 5-7 up through middle adulthood. I have a special passion for adolescents and young adults, but also enjoy working with all age groups. I have experience in a variety of issues across the lifespan from career development and life transitions to trauma, grief, and substance use. Asking for help can be difficult and I recognize your strength in doing so. I want to provide the best experience possible and I understand finding the right fit in a therapist is key. Feel free to email or call me and we will determine if I am the right fit for your needs.
