Introduction
I provide culturally competent mental health treatment by being respectful and responsive to the diverse needs of individuals. Every person has their own unique, cultural background. I help people understand how our interpersonal relationships and upbringing impact our mental health and overall brain chemistry. Through this knowledge, people are able to learn how to best care for themselves, live by personal values, and make more meaningful connections with others. Services provided to families, couples, and individuals between the ages of 13-65.
