Introduction

You may have spent years pushing yourself to meet every expectation. May it be to keep busy, keep up and even remain ahead, only to find yourself feeling exhausted, disconnected, and wondering... who set these standards in the first place? Whether you've masked parts of yourself, overextended your energy, or adapted to what was expected of you it has gotten to a point of know what you need and reaching that has become lost. Our therapy space together is different. Here, you don't have to perform, pretend, or mask to fit in. AND I will never ask you to. I work with pre-teens to adults navigating anxiety, identity shifts, neurodivergence, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. Together, we’ll create a space where you can rediscover yourself with compassion, reframe old narratives, and gently explore a new way of living. A life that looks and feels like thriving, not just surviving. My approach is collaborative, creative, and grounded in values-based living. We might use storytelling, narrative play, sand tray, mindfulness, meta-cognitive exploration, somatic awareness, and even playful pop culture references in our journey towards your discovery and compassion, together. For clients who feel connected to energy awareness or intuitive language, I’m happy to weave that into the work when and where it supports your growth. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about returning to what’s true. Think of it like finding your own Room of Requirement: what you need is already inside you. The journey may be winding, yet you don't have to walk it alone. I offer a free, 15-to 20-minute consultation to explore if we are a good match in working together. May it be a wand, or a ring of Lord's, I can't wait to take this journey towards self-expansion with you.
