Introduction

As a mom of two young children and as therapist for many pregnant + postpartum parents, I've seen how pregnancy and postpartum can be so much to carry all at once. The thrill of excitement is accompanied by loads of unknown, scary, and confusing information and experiences. It's an incredible honor to offer informed, meaningful, and effective support other hopeful, expecting, and new parents. It's my mission to help ease the transition into parenthood for new parents. Since 2010, I've been supporting individuals, couples, and professional teams around mental health and wellbeing, early parenthood, perinatal support and a whole heck of a lot lot more.
