Introduction

Hello! My name is Brandy Porche and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I help families, couples and individuals heal from dysfunction and trauma. In sessions we'll discuss practical ways to solve current problems, and how past experiences shape your views and responses. I believe that insight into your patterns can help you to make healthy decisions that result in long-lasting change and satisfaction. I specialize in family, couples, individual and group counseling including adults and adolescents. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and I am also certified in anger management. Some of my specialties include anger management, depression, anxiety, infidelity, codependency, family conflict, narcissistic abuse, shame, racial trauma, workplace counseling and more.
