Introduction

As a Veteran, I started my career as a Respiratory Therapist in the US military, where I helped in life and death medical crises that unfortunately resulted in Rest In Peaces (R.I.P.). Now, as a Psychotherapist, Survivor, and Author, I provide assistance in life and death mental health crises to help individuals live in peace (L.I.P.) through therapy and coaching. As a civilian, I have personally dealt with PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and wanted to help others connect to mental health, self love, and self care solutions. I have worked with various client populations, including children, teens, and adults in therapy and counseling. Making positive lifestyle changes can be challenging, but staying the same when we deserve better is even harder. So choose your hard wisely! I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy via: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide psychoeducation, challenge unhelpful thoughts to avoid negative emotions and behaviors, as well as build skills to increase life satisfaction.
