Survivors can be stuck in states of anxiety, depression or shame, have unusual medical or sleep issues, and may not even remember the event(s). Focus issues, low self-esteem/assertiveness and problems trusting are also common. If this is you, please know we can work towards freeing you from the invisible grip of the past. We'll first establish a safe, open relationship and help you reconnect to the peace and strength in your body.
