It's exhausting. The fear, the worry are hard to face alone. You're not alone. I use postmodern, CBT, and solution-focused methods and the client's strengths and values as guides. I'm a bicultural, white-passing cancer survivor with a previous career in engineering, I understand the importance of intersectionality and context. I've been a therapist and college professor for nearly 20 years. I've worked with many from the LGBTQAI+ and POC communities in various settings.
