I work with minority men to erase the stigma associated with therapy and allow them to know that seeking help is not a sign of weakness. I like my sessions to be conversational and comfortable. I am not a "Yes Man", I believe in telling you what you need to hear as opposed to what you want to hear. I like to challenge my clients to promote growth.
