Introduction

We specialize in helping others complete their goals through an empathetic, trauma informed, client centered, strength-based approach. My clinical orientation draws upon various theoretical approaches and techniques from EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, Family Systems, Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy, and Equine Assisted Therapy (EAGALA). I work with everyone from adults to young children. Everyone has the strength to overcome life's obstacles; there is nothing wrong with needing help. I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey to wellness.
