I am a licensed therapist who comes from a trauma-informed approach to treatment and is certified as a level II trauma professional. I have been working as a mental health therapist for over six years and have developed a specialty working with people who are trying to manage unresolved trauma and childhood wounds and also addiction/recovery. I have vast experience working with the adult population in many areas, such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity issues, childhood abuse/neglect, trauma, complex trauma, personality disorders, ASD, ADHD, and mood disorders.
