Brandi Givargidze is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, and a National Certified Counselor. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College with an added certificate in Family and Relationship Counseling. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida. She provides compassionate and effective therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Through a client-centered approach, she strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Brandi holds a Level 2 certification in Gottman Method Couples Therapy which allows her to help couples enhance their communication, deepen their emotional connecting, and navigate relationship challenges appropriately. Brandi is also passionate about advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community through counseling and community-based advocacy efforts. She considers herself a fierce ally to the community. Brandi serves as the Board Diversity Chair for the Mental Health Counselors of Central Florida where she is able to spread awareness and education for concerns regarding acceptance, inclusion, belonging, and equality. Brandi uses an integrative approach to healing which draws from a variety of approaches including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Adlerian Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems, and more. She believes that therapy can be fun and will often promote healing with lighthearted moments of laughter, joy, and genuine human connection.
