Introduction

Hi, I'm Branda. I have been working with teenage girls and young women for many years in the Lubbock area and I have a developed a passion for helping them learn their strengths and find their path in this stage of life. This population experiences growing pains, mental health concerns, relationship struggles, and low self-esteem, among many other issues impacting their daily lives. My goal is to create a safe space to navigate who they are while being comfortable to do so. I want my clients to feel heard and supported while recognizing the difficulties of life and learning how to grow through their struggles. Many situations can cause us to feel overwhelmed and miss opportunities for growth. In therapy, I provide a non-judgmental space to build trust and allow clients to work towards making changes that impact their life positively. I utilize a person centered approach that is tailored to each client’s needs while learning to heal and grow. Therapy is an investment in yourself, so be prepared to work on loving who you are.
