Introduction

John Marquiss is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He earned a Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Wyoming in 2016. He earned his Master of Science in Social Administration, from Case Western Reserve University in 2021. The nature of his work includes individual therapy, and at times case management when necessary. He utilizes evidence-based approaches and draws from a variety of different therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). He also incorporates mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation on neuroscience into individual work. John has completed basic training in EMDR Therapy in 2021. His work experience includes: corrections-based/focused residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment, community-based residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment, outpatient mental health therapy, crisis-counseling, and suicide assessment. Kimberly Hearn, LPC is a Mental Health therapist with over two decades of successful experience in providing relevant and effective services to clients of all ages as well as supervising and overseeing other professionals and programs. Kimberly utilizes several modalities including CBT, DBT and client-centered therapy to provide counseling based on the individual client and the problems they bring. Kimberly also is trained in use of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, an evidenced –based approach for clients needing a session limited experience with rapid and sustainable opportunity for change. Kimberly understands that change is hard and will meet obstacles and challenges clients face with care and an absolute belief that we all need and deserve support and another chance, maybe several, at reaching personal goals. Bradlie Dewald is a Licensed Clinical Social Work who is passionate about counseling. She obtained her Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Wyoming during 2016 and Masters in Social Work during 2019. Majority of her experience has been working with addictions, traumatic brain injuries, criminality, anxiety, depression, suicide, trauma, LGBTQ. crisis and others. She utilizes an evidence-based approach that is client centered. She utilizes Solution Focused, Strength Based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is currently participating in basic training for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy. Her work experience includes substance abuse/behavioral residential treatment setting, corrections, outpatient substance abuse treatment, psych rehabilitation, hospital Social work and outpatient mental health. Bradlie is passionate about supporting clients in obtaining their goals. Lexi Smiley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from The University of Wyoming. All of us are learning to walk through life with more confidence, curiosity, and compassion each day. Therapy can provide support and resources to do this alongside a caring professional. From adjusting to life transitions and managing stress to trauma work and executive dysfunction, Lexi offers a collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy where she and the client work together to achieve their unique goals. Lexi’s clinical expertise centralizes on ADHD/ASD, trauma, addiction, codependency, and OCD. She is passionate about working with trauma survivors and neurodivergence. Lexi is trained in EMDR, ERP, DBT, Brainspotting, and is a Certified Autism Specialist. She believes in strengths-based counseling and working with clients’ expertise on their lives and themselves. She also believes it is important to stay up to date on current research for best practices. Choosing to seek therapy is a brave and sometimes overwhelming step and she is honored to be a part of another’s healing journey. She provides online therapy for clients throughout Wyoming and Colorado and in person therapy for persons in Casper, WY.
