Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who started practicing in 2003. I have an Undergraduate Degree from Ursinus College and a Graduate Degree from Immaculata University. For 20 years, I have been committed to helping teens and adults to learn coping skills in helping battle Depression, Anxiety, Substance use, Anger, and many other daily struggles we all go through. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Techniques as my focus in therapy. I can also incorporate Faith Based Counseling upon request. I am passionate in helping people recognize their inner strength and positivity to help improve their daily outlook. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my wife and kids, watching any kind of sports, and being involved with my local church.
