My approach to counseling integrates ACT, DBT, and CBT to accommodate each client individually. These therapies have been supported by numerous rigorous scientific studies. During our work together we will look at your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and explore new strategies for helping you live a more rich and fulfilling life. Counseling can seem like a daunting task to take on, but it also has the potential to help you tap into your own capacity to heal and feel more empowered in your life.
