Introduction

I am a therapist with over thirty years of experience committed to assisting adults to heal, grow and thrive in all areas of life. My work focuses on working with clients to develop their own skills (self-efficacy) to continue to grow outside the counseling session. I am passionate about assisting those struggling with addiction, and their loved ones, to find answers to break the cycle that is so harmful.
