Introduction

My name is Blake Grant and I have been interested in psychiatric care due to a family history of depression, substance use, and suicide. I enjoy working with normal psychiatric medications along with supplementation of nootropics, healthy foods, and exercise. I believe in wellness and think it is a crucial part of better mental health. I treat a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use, sleep issues, eating disorders, and male issues. I fully believe in letting the patient steer their treatment plan and will consider your input on treatment options-- I will work with you, your opinion matters.
