Introduction

I believe we all have the ability to heal from emotional suffering, and that we sometimes need a little help to do so. I can help you find relief from emotional suffering and change unwanted behaviors. Through a variety of techniques, I can help you adjust thought processes, decrease the intensity of emotions, change behaviors, learn new skills and begin to experience a sense of peace and balance in your life. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, couples and families with a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. My areas of specialty include the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma and relationship issues. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based practices. I am intensively trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open DBT. I have a true passion for teaching not only clients, but their loved ones learn the skills to manage challenging life situations. My goal is to help you start this journey toward freedom and well-being. Together we can work toward building the life you desire and deserve. Let's do this!
