Introduction

Have you been subjected to narcissistic abuse from a partner or family member? Struggling with the aftermath of a toxic relationship can be immensely challenging. These relationships often impair one's ability to trust, establish firm boundaries, and cultivate healthy connections. My practice is dedicated to aiding those who have endured various forms of abuse, including psychological, physical, and sexual. The repeated experiences of being deceived, manipulated, or gaslighted can profoundly alter an individual. In collaboration, we will work towards reducing your emotional distress, enhancing your sense of fulfillment in life and relationships, and fostering inner peace. I approach my work with warmth and empathy. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a primary method I utilize. In our initial sessions, we'll construct a life timeline to pinpoint significant or traumatic events that have impacted you. This process allows us to identify and address your core beliefs, such as feeling inadequate. Embarking on this transformative and healing journey is truly worthwhile. Imagine a life where you believe in your own worth and significance. How would this new perspective alter your view of yourself and the world around you? Let's discover that together. Pursuing a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life requires bravery. If you're prepared to take this step, I'm here to provide support and empowerment. As your therapist, I am ready to guide and empower you on this journey.
