I have been working in the Mental health field for over 25 years, meeting the needs of individuals, couples and families. I grew up in the Capital Region and in 1992 moved to Boston where I pursued a Bachelors Degree in music from Berkelee College of Music. After a short career in the music industry I followed my heart into the therapy field and attained a Masters of Education in Counseling, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cambridge College in 1998. Over the last 25 years I have worked in all facets of the mental health field from home based therapy, mobile crisis, residential, outpatient therapy and am currently the Executive Clinical Director for Residential and Foster Care services at Northern Rivers family of services. Recently I have begun to maintain a small private practice where i am able to use my many years of experience in the field to provide a unique approach of person and family centered therapy that supports the individual/couple and/or family in uncovering the strengths and solutions to the challenges in their life. Feel free to send me a message if you are interested in individual, couples or family therapy
