Welcome! My name is Bianca and I am a dedicated and passionate healer, Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I believe that we are all unique in our journeys and yet deeply connected in our collective human experience. I provide a safe, warm, compassionate space in which to share your unique story, deepen your relationship to self, others, and your community, identify and break down internal/external barriers and challenges, and have more meaningful and joyful experiences in your life. I utilize somatic experiencing techniques, expressive arts therapies, SE touch work, humor, play and creative outlets. I strive to support clients in discovering and uncovering their innate strengths, build their internal and external resources, and build deeper insight and awareness of personal woundings in order to heal and live more fulfilling lives. I am a Mexican American, cis gendered woman who knows first hand the power of committing to a healing journey and discovering deeper connection to self, relationships, ancestors, and community.
