Introduction

If the mere thought of trying to find help seems overwhelming, you're not alone! Finding the right therapist and setting that first appointment can be an emotional burden on its own. But procrastinating often allows the problem to grow. The earlier you begin your journey towards a happier life, the quicker you will see positive changes. Together we will work to overcome the obstacles and challenges that you are currently experiencing or have experienced in the past. I specialize in helping teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, PTSD/trauma, body image, self-esteem, academic and social pressures, life transitions, relationship issues, mood disorders, grief and loss, and career exploration and counseling. I believe my clients are capable of change and being the best version of themselves, and that the relationship and “fit” between therapist and client is critical regardless of the treatment approach. My approach is positive, collaborative and warm. ________________ CAREER EXPLORATION AND COUNSELING PACKAGES CAREER ASSESSMENT PACKAGE FOR STUDENTS AND ADULTS: $540 Is your high school or college student anxious about planning for their future?
